These terms apply to all programs, classes, workshops, study material, groups and online content offered by Smart Mind Trading's ("SMT"), Girgaon, Mumbai. By enrolling, you agree to them.
1. Education only
SMT provides educational training on financial markets. Nothing taught in class, shared in study material, WhatsApp or Telegram groups, on this website or on social media is investment advice, a research report or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
This training service is not regulated by SEBI. Complaints about it cannot be raised with SEBI or on SCORES.
2. No tips, calls or returns
- SMT does not give stock tips, trade calls, signals or model portfolios to students.
- SMT does not promise or guarantee any returns, profits or income.
- Classes do not use the live market. Chart practice uses market data at least 30 days old and paper trading.
- Any trading or investing decision you make is your own, at your own risk.
3. Education only
SMT provides education and training only. Course fees do not include any research, advisory or portfolio management service, and SMT does not offer these services to students.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are as published on the website or in the brochure at the time of enrolment. Fees are for education and training only and are not linked to trading results. A receipt is issued for every payment. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
5. Certificates
On completion, students receive an SMT course completion certificate. It is not a SEBI or NISM certification. NISM certificates are issued only by NISM when you pass its examination.
6. Conduct
- Respect trainers, staff and fellow students.
- Do not record, copy or share class material, recordings or group content without permission.
- Do not share stock tips or ask others to trade on your behalf in SMT groups. Such messages will be removed.
7. Internships and placement
Internships and career guidance are subject to separate terms. Job placement is not guaranteed.
8. Changes
SMT may change schedules, trainers or these terms. Enrolled students will be informed in advance of any change that affects them.
